Here you have also a bank, physician, pharmacy and hardware store. Several buses leave daily to San Jose or Limon. By car you need about 3 hours to get to San Jose, by bus 4 hours. Puerto Viejo is very touristy. Casa Chiquita Ohana offers the relaxation that you deserve just off downtown. Nevertheless you have the benefit of good restaurants and excursion possibilities.
