Finca Maravilla de Playa Cabuya is a farm, which belongs to larger, which has been subdivided into ten mini-farms from 5-6 Hectares (12-16 acres) each, and tremendous expense has been added to bring in infrastructure. The prices of the individual lots are far below market price. The developers will only sell one or two lots, and then keep the rest for future development, at much higher prices. This 5.5 hectares subdivision is one thats easy to fall in love with because of its topography and views. This is an area that\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s sure to go up in value. Nearby situated Montezuma is a little secret regarding original but developed places of the Pacific side of Costa Rica. A lot of other places are already taken by construction projects or are almost undeveloped. Within a few minutes you can get to the next school or kindergarden, to Montezuma, the closest beach just in 12-15 minutes and to Cobano in 10 minutes. You can reach the airfield of Tambor in 15-20 minutes. Montezuma is quite a popular tourist destination.
