Finca Rodriguez borders the main road between Mansion and Hojancha and features 40% of already existing tree population.The available lumber is worth about 30% of the selling price. Subdivisions in smaller building lots are possible because the farm is located close to a small town and adjoins the public road. Finca Rodriguez has 54 hectares and offers a mainly flat topography. You find large pasture areas and wooden areas. Electricity and phone is not yet available on the farm. The next access can be found at the nearby adjoining public road. According to local zoning plan the property can be covered with buildings by 15 percent. It offers around 85% usable land.
