Located within the lush jungle of Punta Uva, surrounded by the wildlife of the Caribbean and bordered by a creek, Casas Punta Uva is part of an organized community of large lots - each with privacy - and an easy 7 minutes access to the beaches. The two spacious main houses feature modern design, 3 bedrooms, plumbed hot water, air conditioning and glass windows that bring the jungle into the house - yet in full comforts! There are also four 2 bedroom unfinished bungalows a communal rancho and exterior laundry and bathroom facilities for a total of 14 bedrooms. A water reserve infrastructure is in place assuring constant water supply - even in rare dry times. Due to financial difficulties, the bungalow portion has not been able to be completed but all of the infrastructure is in place. Ideal property for a retreat or luxury jungle lodge.

Casas Punta Uva offers a peaceful location, lots of privacy, but shops in just a few driving minutes away. The house are a few minutes outside of Puerto Viejo on your way to Manzanillo 7 minutes from Punta Uva. Grab your bike and ride within minutes to the beaches. Smaller errands you do in Puerto Viejo. Here you have also a bank, physician, pharmacy and hardware store. Several buses leave daily to San Jose or Limon. By car you need about 3 hours to get to San Jose, by bus 4 hours. Puerto Viejo is very touristy. Casas Punta Uva offers the relaxation that you deserve just off downtown. Nevertheless you have the benefit of good restaurants and excursion possibilities. You meet a lot of world wide travelers, find all necessary services and yet – this is a quite remote area of Costa Rica.
