Casa Paraiso Atenas is located on the upper part of the 2150 square meter property and has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and villages. The house was built on profound ironwork in ground (which makes it earthquake proof), and was built in block. The roof is made out of plastic tile, covered with saran foil (which blocks up to 70 % of the sun rays). In the center of the roof there is an opening, which provides fresh air throughout the day.
