Casas Toboga is a beautiful property, near the center of Atenas and has all the potential to be turned into a resort, hotel, spa, yoga retreat or convention center. Location / Vicinity

The property is located at 2 minutes driving or 10 minutes walking from the center of Atenas. In the town you can find numerous stores, medics and drug stores. Likewise there is a well-known International school. Atenas is famous for its outstanding climate. You can get to Alajuela within 30 minutes and to the next beaches within 50 minutes by car. Because of this location between the city and the beaches, the region is very popular to tourists and expats. The beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean soon can be reached by a new freeway heading for Caldera. As a result, you will pleased, approaching the Pacific Ocean in less than 30 minutes. Also Alajuela will be reachable by this new freeway in less than 20 minutes. The access road is in a good condition and connected to the public road.
