Terreno Buenos Aires is a 90% usable farm with a hilly topography close to the Talamanca Mountains and above Buenos Aires. The farm is currently used as cattle farm. A small creek adjoins the property on one side. Two hectares of the total 16 hectares are reforested wooden areas, which connect later with primary and secondary rainforest outside the farm. Because of this fact, Terreno Buenos Aires has a great number of different species. There are numerous natural building sites on the farm with great views of the General Valley and the surrounding mountains. The land is suitable for construction projects. The farm has its own well and adjoins a public road. The next utility pole is 500 meters away.

Terreno Buenos Aires is located on a gentle mountain slope on an elevation of 875 meters above sea level. You have a view of the General Valley and the recently approved dam Veraguas with lake. The dam is supposed to be the largest hydro electric dam in Central America, scheduled for completion in 2016. The access to the property is good. Major road improvements are underway for the whole area, as the dam project starts to take shape. You can reach the next town Buenos Aires within 20 minutes. This small town has several smaller stores, restaurants and banks. If you need to go to San Isidro del General, it will take 50 minutes. The location of the farm is also a good equestrian property. There are miles of riding trails in the general area and in the Parque Amistad just a few kilometers up the canyon.
