It is located just a few minutes from the Caribbean Sea in the upcoming Playa Negra neighborhood and provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen with an open concept. The hole building is first-class equipped and was made out of a combination of concrete and high quality tropical hardwoods. Floors are tiled with local hardwoods of first choice. The house sits on a 1500 square meter building lot. In Puerto Viejo you find shops, a bank, physician, pharmacy and hardware store. Several buses leave daily to San Jose or Limon. By car you need about 3 hours to get to San Jose, by bus 4 hours. The distance to the beach is 200 yards. Casa Caribe Balinese has phone, electricity and water. Potable water comes from a well. The house can be reached via an unpaved road.
