Casa Buena Vista is located in San Antonio de Escazu, which belongs to Escazu. It is only 30 minutes to the west of San José. The city and the area of Escazu is famous for its excellent infrastructure and exclusive neighborhoods. Escazu downtown is pretty close and offers a variety of shops, doctors, one of the best hospitals called "La Cima", the biggest mall of Costa Rica called "Multiplaza de Escazu" and several bilingual private schools. The center of Escazu can be reached within 5-10 minutes. The International Airport Santa Maria is only 30 minutes away. The access road to Casa Buena Vista is in an excellent condition. It consists of a cemented alley and two black, iron, electric gates with lighting. The house itself is located on the upper part of the 5895sqm piece of land. It is surrounded by a variety of green space, fruit trees (for example lemon-, orange-, eucalyptus- and laurel trees). A small alley leads to the lower part of the estate, where you can find the summerhouse, seating and the barbecue area with basin. Casa Buena Vista provides a great ambiance. There is also a famous hotel nearby.

Casa Buena Vista has its own water tank with electric pumping system to provide the required water pressure. On the gateway to the house there is also a large dog pound. A small stonewall separates the tended garden in front of the house from the rest of the estate. The house is offered without furniture.
