Bungalow Hermosa is a beautiful vacation home with ocean view in a private community near Playa Hermosa. The community consisting of 26 units has its own community services like gardeners, 24h guards, administration and a swimming pool. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
At the back, both bedrooms look out onto a large balcony accessed by 2 sets of french doors. From here, watch birds and parrots, the lovely local cows and even monkeys in the trees. Internet connection and TV are available. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar made of Guanacaste wood. All furniture is handcrafted. The living area with the veranda is 348 square meters. From the veranda you may enjoy the fantastic view on the coast and pacific ocean. The average yearly temperature is 75 degrees, the people are friendly and our surfing breaks are famous the world over.

Bungalow Hermosa is located at the beach Playa Hermosa in the province of Puntarenas. Jaco can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Los Suenos with its casino, hotel and marina is only 15 minutes away. A trip to the international airport in San Jose (Alajuela) took 1.5 to 2 hours by car.

The development at Hermosa Bungalows includes 26 houses and a pool in a peaceful location surrounded by palms and wildlife. The unspoilt beach at our doorstep is a constant source of world-class waves. It is located close to the party  town of Jaco and there a lot of adventure by car in every direction. Hermosa is a smaller town, more quiet and secure. It is a good starting point from where you can stage your exciting tropical adventure.

The community has its own facility management which is responsible for the maintenance, supervision and administration of the properties. The management may rent the house during the absence of the home owner. The acquisition of ownership is made by a transfer of an anonymous corporation called Sociedad Anonima, which saves the transfer tax.
The new home owners may charge the management to rent the house during their absence. The costs for maintenance, regular paintwork, the pool and the security service is 75 USD a month. All other kind of management and maintenance cost 285 USD a month. Cable TV, Internet connection and telephone cost about 60 USD a month. Electricity costs range from 50 - 150 USD depending on the usage. The yearly property tax is 100 USD. Renting the house leads to income ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 USD a year.
