Playa Marbella is located 44 kilometers south of Tamarindo on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the central coast region of Guanacaste. The property offers 113.56 meters of beachfront in a beautiful, long arched cove with tan sand and views of the western sunset.
Marbella is a little fishing town. In the neighborhood there are mostly residents, a school, couple bars, a few markets, a newly remodeled soccer field and covered social gathering area. The newest addition is a state of the art restaurant/pizza parlor owned by an American. Progress has come to Marbella. Marbella is one of the last undeveloped beaches in Guanacaste and rated number one in the country for surfing. The property offers own potable water during all seasons. There is electricity in Marbella which has been brought to a neighbor of Terreno Playa Coco a few properties away south of the property. To connect the property to electricity is no problem, with an appropriate meter provided by the electric company.
The roads from Santa Cruz to Marbella are part paved and part dirt. The roads are in much better condition than before. They are maintained regularly. This is pretty much standard practice for Costa Rica beach towns. |
