Casa Semilla Uvita is a beautiful two story house which is still under construction. It needs aprox. 25 percent of construction to be finished. The house has 5 to 8 bedrooms and 3 to 4 bathrooms that can be added after the construction is finished. The first floor is in concrete and the second floor in beautiful hardwood. The window frames and doors are all made of beautiful Costa Rican hardwoods. There is a nice all year round creek on the property and a wonderful area for a garden. Located in very private area just 400 meters from the coastal highway and only 10 minutes to the beautiful Marino Ballena Beach and National Park.

Here you can find supermarkets, drug-stores, a hospital and the main bus station. Soon the marina Pez Vela will be fully completed. The marina will offer services rivaling those of any first-class, five-star marina resort. It will create a major destination for anyone looking to base their boat on a long-term or short-term basis in Costa Rica. Public bus transportation from San Jose is also an option.From the Coca Cola bus station in down town San Jose buses leave and come from Quepos several times in a day. It will take 3 and ½ hours to get to Quepos from San Jose.
