The Tierralinda Affiliate Program is aimed to achieve a win-win situation for all parties concerned.
The aim of the program is to achieve a succesful buying and selling respectively. Oftentimes a seller and his realtor miss a buyer. On the other hand sometimes a buyer and his realtor miss a property who fits to their needs.
The Tierralinda Affiliate Program bridges in favor of the customer. We are always interested in new partnerships all over the world.

You – as
realtor - are in charge of a client, who is interested in buying real estate in
Costa Rica. We would like to help you finding the right property for your
client and share our commission.

realtor – act as agent for a property, which you would like to offer the
clients of Tierralinda. If we are able to find a client who is interested in
your property you would share our commission.

Tour Operator
|
You – as
a tour operator – get in contact with customers, who are looking for real
estate in Costa Rica. If you recommend
us to your clients and we find the right property for them, you will receive an
adequate compensation.

Hotel Owner
|
You – as hotel owner – may hand out brochures of Tierralinda in your hotel lobby. Every copy has a field for referencing (stamp or your name). We analyze the origin of our requests and remunerate you for your effort. |
Investment Consultant
|
You - as investment consultant – are looking for real estate investments for your clients. We would prepare an attractive portfolio for your clients according to their special needs. If you work with us, your client buys directly from the owner and has a reliable contact on-site. |
