Our Mission

Most of the present real estate agencies couldn't convince us by their services. They rather acted for the benefit of the buyers, nature and - the seller as well – in an unethical way, making capital by taking advantage of obscure prices.

Real estate agents in Costa Rica do not need to pass an exam or prove their skills in any other way. So everybody is able to call himself an agent and claim a commission. We found a lot of fraudulent manipulations, obscure constellations between seller and so-called agents as well as prices high above the local price level.

So we decided to fill this gap with a set of buyer orientated services.
