Casa Nosara is a wonderful beach house which fits perfectly to people who would like to enjoy a gorgeous environment in combination with the comforts of a property management. Casa Nosara is located within the housing estate American Project, which was built in the 60s and is situated only 300m away from Playa Pelada and the surfer paradise of Playa Guiones. The community of the housing estate cares about all services including gardener, pool maintenance, electricity, garbage collection, roads, housemaid, guard etc... The monthly charges for these services add up to 375$, which appears to be pretty expensive. But at second glance, you have to consider the opportunity to let the house for guests with a monthly return of about 4200$. So this offer is perfect for people who want to stay in Costa Rica for a few weeks or months while enjoying the comfort of house maintenance and a respectable rental fee for the rest of the year. The house was built in 2006. It provides a variety of stone- and steel-elements as well as local woods. The ceilings are made of wood which, in addition of the smart lighting, creates a wonderful ambience. Furthermore, the principle of Feng-Shui was applied to the house during the construction process. Bathrooms and bedrooms are weekly tended with fresh towels and bedcovers. The living room as well as the kitchen provides a lot of space and a very comfortable, stylish ambience. The offer includes all furniture. The living room has a manufactured wardrobe for TV. The house is equipped with air conditioning and each room provides a fan. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and another sleeping berth. The main bedroom has a king-size bed which can be easily converted into 2 single beds. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The main bathroom is very roomy and provides a huge tub. Both bathrooms have showers and especially lifted basins. The stock room is also the wash room and provides also a lot of space. The gorgeous pool is located next to the terrace where you can also find a shower. There is also a room for employees, but as mentioned, you do not have to employ anyone due to the services of the property management. The windows reveal a French style, shutters are made of wood. The house counts 126sqm living space and is located on 562sqm land. All rooms are located in the first floor, except the additional sleeping berth is located above and can be accessed from the living room.

On foot, Casa Nosara is just 7 minutes away from Playa Guiones, several restaurants and shops. To Playa Pelada, it takes about 5 minutes. The location is very peaceful and provides a gorgeous tropical ambience. This place belongs to one of the most recommended regions of Costa Rica. You may relish an incredibly stunning nature and at the same time you can enjoy the paradisiac beaches or take advantage of one of the numerous leisure activities, offered in this place.
