Villa Alcaravan offers a breathtaking 360° view on the mountains, the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Nicoya. The villa counts 460 sqm and is situated on 14,3 hectare land. The main house offers an ample bedroom with a spacious bathroom and two further bedrooms with a shared but also spacious bathroom. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses. The kitchen comes completely furnished. For guests there is a separate bathroom. Villa Alcaravan is located on top of Playa Naranjo and offers a view on the Gulf of Nicoya. It takes only 10 minutes to the gorgeous white sandy beaches. There you can enjoy boat trips, canoeing, jet skiing, fishing and much more. The villa is situated in a peaceful area, which can be attained easily by boat, car, helicopter or plane. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to Naranjo. The international airport of Liberia can be reached within 1,5 hours.

Excellent water quality due to a separate water fount. Electricity is provided by the public company ICE. In this area as in other beach areas, is still no zoning plan in place. Hence there are almost no restrictions regarding building projects. The house is sourounded by a tropical garden. The other areas of the lot are pasture and jungle.
