Hermosa is a smaller town, more quiet and secure. It is a good starting point from where you can stage your exciting tropical adventure. Condition The Bungalow is well-kept and in good condition. Miscellaneous The community has its own facility management which is responsible for the maintenance, supervision and administration of the properties. The management may rent the house during the absence of the home owner. The acquisition of ownership is made by a transfer of an anonymous corporation called Sociedad Anonima, which saves the transfer tax.
