Casa Salia belongs to a 24 hours guarded housing estate in Belo Horizonte, near Escazu. Even Escazu can be reached within 5 minutes, the house is situated in a calm and quiet area. The house itself is located at the end of a dead end street, so there are no neighbors in close-up range. The housing estate is predominantly occupied by wealthy costarican and columbian families, belonging to the working upper middle class. Currently there are 14 children living with their families in the housing estate. The city of Escazu is famous for its exclusive shops and housing estates. Supermarkets, banks, schools, doctors and restaurants can be reached easily in a few minutes. The infrastructure is above costarican average.
Condition
Built in 2001, Casa Salia is in an excellent condition. The quality of the buildings in the housing estate is above average. It\\\'s even better then the quality of other houses in the close neighborhood.
