Description Casa Belina is a Caribbean treasure, located between Puerto Viejo and Playa Cocles. Location / Vicinity Casa Belina is situated near Puerto Viejo and near Playa Cocles. Both locations can be reached easily by bicycle within a few minutes. Daily shopping can be done in Puerto Viejo. A bank, a doctor, a pharmacy and a hardware store are located there as well. San José or Limon can be reached easily by bus or by car. The distance to San José is about 3 hours (by bus 4 hours). Puerto Viejo is a touristic hotspot location, but Casa Belina is situated beyond this melting pot. As a matter of course you can also enjoy good restaurants and nice trips in this area. Although it is a small and hidden place of land, where you can meet a lot of different people from all over the world, whenever you want. And at the same time you have access to all necessary infrastructure. Condition The house is in a good condition. For repairing (pool), further capital expenditures are necessary (pumping system and gallery for a deeper well).
