As mentioned, the relatively new house (the construction works were finished in 2007) features a sophisticated room layout with a huge amount of space.
Entering the house, you pass a garage (space for up to 4 vehicles) leading to an ample and completely equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Cariari is known for its wealth and safety, not only because of the famous Golf Club. The Club itself is just a short walking distance away from the house. Other institutions as schools, banks, supermarkets, malls, doctors, movie theaters, restaurants, clubs and so on are located very close to the property. Within a radius of about 1 kilometer, there is for example a school, a supermarket and some of the most relevant banks. As a matter of course, the house is connected to water-, electricity- and telephone supply. Furthermore highspeed Internet access is available. The airport is reachable within 20 minutes.
