Cariari is known for its wealth and safety, not only because of the famous Golf Club. The Club itself is just a short walking distance away from the house. Other institutions as schools, banks, supermarkets, malls, doctors, movie theaters, restaurants, clubs and so on are located very close to the property. Within a radius of about 1 kilometer, there is for example a school, a supermarket and some of the most relevant banks. As a matter of course, the house is connected to water-, electricity- and telephone supply. Furthermore highspeed Internet access is available. The airport is reachable within 20 minutes.
