The outdoors enchant with a very well kept garden, an Alice in Wonderland house, a large pool area with roofed tanning space. Parking is secure behind the big driveway with the possibility to turn around. From the top of the site you enjoy great views of the surrounding mountains. Providing incredible location, the interesting architecture and up to date infrastructure offer an ideal basis to realize individual ideas.

Location / Vicinity

The location of the B&B Atenas is just ideal. You access the highway connecting the international airport with Atenas in 3 minutes. The B&B is located below Atenas and is part of the province of Alajuela western of San José. You can do all your shopping in Atenas. Here you also find physicians, pharmacies and an international school. By car it takes you about 40 minutes to Alajuela and about an hour to the next beach. Locations like this – between beaches and the town of Atenas – is especially popular among tourists and emigrants. You even get faster to the beautiful Pacific beaches, when the highway to Caldera is finished. This also means you get to Alajuela in 20 minutes and to Caldera (the Pacific beaches) in 30 minutes. You also have great access to the B&B via well paved public roads. The B&B Atenas is built hillside and supplies all necessary utilities as water, power, cable and Internet. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly.

Condition

The entire B&B was remodeled in 2005. The building fabric does not show any defects.
