Terreno Lopez is a huge building site (42 lots in total) near the town Atenas, which is very popular to emigrants. Terreno Lopez has a total land area of 191 000 square meters. Most of the 42 lots measure between 5000 and 7000 square meters. Currently most of the lots are still in the development process, this means that access to electricity and the water system are installed. As well the work on the roads is not finished yet. Terremo Lopez suits ideally for the construction of a private summer residence or a retirement home.

Terreno Lopez is located in a beautiful and calm location with excellent views. It is close to the small town Atenas in the province of Alajuela. In the town you can find numerous stores, medics and drug stores. Likewise there is an well-known International school. Atenas is famous for its outstanding climate. By car you can get to Alajuela within 40 minutes and to the next beaches within one hour. This position between the beaches and the big capital makes Atenas especially popular with touristis and expats. The lot has a hillside situation. Due to the current development process we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. After the development phase the lot can be accessed by normal automobile on tarred roads. Some foreign investors bought several lots in the neighborhood so far. Terreno Lopez provides a great view to the Central Valley.
