The town belongs to the province Puntarenas and can be reached from San José by car within 2, 5 hours. Esterillos has several small stores for the daily needs. If you need banks, medics, drug-stores, bigger bars and post offices, it is recommendable to go to Jaco, Parrita or Quepos. The house is a good starting point for trips to the nearby natural parks.
Playa Hermosa, a famous international surf spot and scene of several national and international surf competitions, is just 15 to 20 minutes away.
The climate is warm during the whole year. Casa Esterillos is located in a comfortable and secure neighborhood with calm and friendly neighbors.
