Finca Vista Chira is a big farm in Guanacaste offering a lot of development opportunities. The farm has 10 hectares of land and therefore a lot of space for future projects. It offers great views to the Golf of Nicoya with its small island called “Chira”. Depending on your ideas you may build a small hotel, eco-lodges or divide it and resell parcels of that beautiful peace of Costa Rica. The popular beaches of the Nicoyan peninsula like Montezuma and Santa Teresa are just a short drive away. The mainly agricultural used already has is a small lodge with three bedrooms. The farm boarders with the river “Rio Oro” and two creeks. It also has its own 76 meters high and beautiful waterfall which may be used with a small generator to provide clean energy for your buildings. Additionally you find 1,4 hectares of tropical and untouched woodland on the farm.

Finca Vista Chira is located on the Nicoyan peninsula close to the small town Hojancha and belongs to the province of Guanacaste. The farm is located 35 kilometers eastwards of Playa Nosara. In a few minutes you can reach the small town Hojancha where you can everything needed.
The farm offers several advantages in comparison with the coastal areas. Due to both creeks and the upper location, you are not dependent on the municipal water supply as it is often in the coastal areas. The condition of the access road allows a common automobile; anyhow we recommend a 4-wheel- drive. An additional advantage in comparison to the close coastal areas is the cooler climate, which leads to considerable energy savings. You won’t need an air conditioner. The topography of the farm is hilly. Towards the river the farm is a bit steeper. But by the extensiveness of 10 hectares there is still enough space for individual development ideas.

The farm is partly developed. Water can be extracted from own water resources. (two small creeks and a waterfall). Electricity has to be installed. The farm adjoins with 150 meters to a public road.
